Introduction

Welcome to the She Is A Baller Girls Flag Football Combine at the world-renowned Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center.

This event was created to provide female athletes with a professional evaluation environment that mirrors the testing standards used at the highest levels of football. More than just a showcase, the combine is an opportunity for athletes to measure their athletic abilities, establish performance benchmarks, compete against elite peers, and gain valuable exposure through verified data and video documentation.

Every drill and testing station has a purpose. Measurements such as the 40-Yard Dash, Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, Pro Shuttle, and L Drill help evaluate an athlete's speed, explosiveness, agility, body control, and overall athletic potential. These metrics provide coaches, trainers, and recruiters with objective data that can be tracked over time to monitor growth and development.

At She Is A Baller, we believe that data tells a story. Each recorded time, jump, movement, and football-specific skill evaluation becomes part of an athlete's performance profile. Combined with video footage and visual analysis, this information creates a powerful tool for athlete development, recruiting opportunities, and future performance comparisons.

To ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism, each station is staffed by trained coaches, evaluators, timers, and video personnel. Laser timing systems and verified measurement protocols will be utilized whenever available to provide reliable and consistent results. Staff members will guide athletes through every phase of the combine, ensuring proper instruction, safety, organization, and efficient movement between stations.
