YOUTH FIELD

The Football fields that are on Pitch #5 will need to 3 fields shared named as Pink, Purple, and Blue Fields. Used July 13 & 14th.

HIGH SCHOOL FIELD

The Blue Football field on Pitch #7 will be standard. Used on July 17 & 18th

The Football fields that are on Pitch #5 will need to be adjusted to 35 yards wide to best fit both Pink and Purple Fields. Used July 17 & 18th.

SIAB INTERNAL ACTION ITEMS

  1. Complete onsite and offsite rosters.

  2. Confirm total onsite athlete count.

  3. Confirm total offsite athlete count.

  4. Estimate daily parent and spectator attendance.

  5. Provide complete vendor list with contacts and arrival times.

  6. Decide whether we are using both Fields 5 & 7 or consolidating to Field 5.

  7. Select parking option.

  8. Finalize venue map showing:

    • Check-in

    • Vendors

    • Stage

    • Athletic Training

    • Dining Area

    • Field Assignments

  9. Identify any additional equipment needs.

  10. Confirm early check-in and late check-out requirements.

  11. Decide if dinner is sponsored or catered.

  12. Provide dinner attendance estimate.

  13. Confirm AV requirements for panel discussion and dinner.

  14. Establish communication approval process with EAS.

  15. Implement waiver collection and tracking process for all athletes and staff..
